Visual Servo Engineer

Main responsibilities:

1. Select components and build the hardware system for the visual servo project;

Job requirements:

1. Majors such as Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, and Electronic Information Engineering;

2. Has experience in independently developing visual algorithms, such as being familiar with camera calibration, hand-eye calibration, and geometric feature recognition (intersections, lines, arcs);

3. Familiar with C++ program development, proficient in using image processing libraries such as OpenCV, and able to deploy deep learning image processing libraries such as YOLO;

Senior Real-Time Motion Control Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the software architecture design and core module development of the next-generation multi-axis motion control platform based on embedded real-time Linux.

2. Design and implement a high-performance EtherCAT master station to optimize the accuracy of multi-axis synchronous control.

3. Lead the implementation and optimization of multi-axis high-precision synchronous control algorithms to solve engineering challenges such as inter-axis deviation and end effector jitter.

4. Responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining the robot's basic algorithm library.

5. Work closely with the hardware team to complete the hardware and software co-design, driver adaptation, and performance optimization of the controller baseboard based on domestic chips (such as Rockchip RK3588/RK3688).


Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in automation, computer science, electronic information, robotics or related fields, with more than 3 years of development experience in related fields.

2. Proficient in C/C++, with excellent software architecture and embedded programming skills, and familiar with Linux kernel programming and driver development.

3. Extensive experience in real-time systems: Practical project experience with real-time Linux, with a deep understanding of kernel/user-mode real-time optimization, priority scheduling, and deterministic latency guarantee mechanisms.

4. Extensive experience in industrial communication protocols: Proficient in the EtherCAT protocol, with in-depth development, customization, and debugging experience of the open-source IGHEtherCATMaster, and familiar with the principles of distributed clock synchronization.


Priorities:

1. Robotics Algorithm Skills: Solid theoretical foundation in robotics; experience in implementing and optimizing robot kinematics and dynamics algorithms using libraries such as Eigen. Familiar with trajectory planning and inverse kinematics solving.

2. System communication design capabilities: Understand the underlying mechanisms of ROS2/DDS or similar distributed communication middleware, and have practical experience in designing cross-platform and cross-real-time domain data exchange interfaces.

3. Has complete R&D experience in humanoid robots, collaborative robots, or high-precision multi-axis motion controllers.

4. Possesses strong technical documentation writing skills and a proactive willingness to share knowledge, demonstrating potential for technical leadership.

Mechanical Engineer
